Method
- Cut broccoli and cauliflower into small florets and boil in a large pot until tender.
Cheese Sauce
- In a medium size pot, melt butter.
- Whisk in the flour.
- Once smooth, begin whisking in the milk.
- Bring to a boil and then remove from heat.
- Stir in cheese and salt.
- Pour sauce over cooked vegetables and serve.
