Sweet Potato Casserole
A side dish that tastes more like a decadent dessert!
Prep Time 30 minutes mins
- 3 pounds mashed sweet potatoes
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 t. vanilla
- 2 eggs, beaten
Crunchy Pecan Topping
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Combine main ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well. Transfer to a greased casserole dish.
Mix topping ingredients and spread over top of potato mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
