Merry Christmas from our home to yours! Some years we spend our Christmas at our north woods cabin which makes the ideal spot for decorating a rustic Christmas. This year we will be spending Christmas in the city and I am still going for that rustic look in our industrial loft! Therefore, this year’s Christmas home tour is a bit more rustic modern.
We always have the antlers on the wall but I especially like them at Christmas. With my husband being a hunter, we always have a good supply of antlers.
Since I love collecting antiques, the vintage sled is great to whip out for the winter season and the old easel is perfect for displaying holiday signs.
We bought the old door from a great flea market in Nashville. It really leads to nowhere but it gives me a place to hang a wreath at Christmas!
I love my rustic Christmas moose! Having him tucked between my vintage shutters gives the impression that he is just walking out from behind them.
The little bird is standing next to a rustic wood serving platter. I use this a lot for dressing up other plates or using it on it’s own. I especially like it at Christmas with some added greenery.
Merry Christmas!
For unto you is born this day in the city of David a savior, who is Christ the Lord. Luke 2:11
