Shabby Shares Saturday Link Party – 10/8/11

Spread the love

I love all of the fantastic links that have been shared and last week was another great week of inspiration.  There was a great selection of Halloween crafts and treats to get you ready for the upcoming holiday!  I like to feature two of the links that receive the most views and likes from readers.  So, without further ado, here are your features:

This simple wreath, made from burlap, could easily decorate your door all year long.  The neutral colors and simple shabby styling are the perfect welcome for any season.  See how you can make your own using the easy to follow tutorial from Sweet Girl Expressions.

And, this up-cycled dresser from Emily’s Upcycled Furniture is such a fun shade of blue and perfectly distressed.  Make sure that you check out her blog to see the before and after pictures of this dresser transformation.

Now for this week’s party.  As always, there are a few rules to follow.  But, they are not hard.

1.  You can link up any craft, home decor project or recipe that you have worked on this week.  Just make sure to link up the URL to the actual post and not your blog home page.

2.  I would appreciate a link back to this site.  You can grab my button from the side bar or just simply put a text link at the bottom of your post.

3.  Be a social butterfly.  Visit some of the other project links and leave some encouraging comments.  You can leave some comments here too!

That is all there is to it!  Now let me see what you have been up to!

I'm addicted to crafting and decorating my downtown urban loft and up north rustic cabin. Read more about me.
