DIY Projects: Link Party – 1/28/12

Spread the love

Welcome to another fun week of sharing craft and decorating ideas!  This party opens every Saturday and runs through the following Wednesday so there is plenty of time to get your links in.   You can enter as many crafts and decorating projects as you like so go at it and have fun :).

I always feature at least one of the most popular projects that were linked up the previous week, depending on the volume of entrees I get.  Make sure to make use of that like button to make sure that your favorite gets featured!

Last week, another pallet project was voted most favorite.  This one was submitted by The Space Between Blog:

What a fun way to transform an old pallet into some fun wall word art!  Make sure to check out Karah’s blog to see how she put this project together.

I also wanted to feature a similar project from a new blog, Crafty Imaginings:

Julie made over an old chair with chalk paint and added her own pallet sign as a decorative welcome on her front porch.  See the before and after pictures on her blog.

Nice work ladies!  Feel free to grab a featured button, from my side bar, to place on your blog.

And now for this week’s party!

As always, there are a few guidelines that you will need to follow:

1.  Make sure to link up the URL to your actual project post and not your blog homepage.  We want to be directed right to your project.

2.  Link back to my blog by grabbing my button from the side bar or by placing a text link at the bottom of your project post.

3.  Be a party animal and visit some of the other links that were submitted.  Have fun with this, gain some inspiration, and leave comments!

That’s it!  Now show me what you have.

I'm addicted to crafting and decorating my downtown urban loft and up north rustic cabin. Read more about me.
  1. Wow! Thank you so much Renee! I’m so honored that the pallet word art was voted most popular. It is such a fun project and only cost me the price of the stencils. The other pallet project featured is also so great! Thanks again.

    1. You’re welcome Karah! I love the projects that don’t cost an arm and a leg!
