Now that Fall is officially here, it may be time to start changing up the decor in our homes just a bit. I love the warm colors of Fall and try to add that spiciness to various vignettes throughout my home. I pulled out a warm rustic apple and one of my favorite hand crafted pumpkins to add to my fireplace hearth. Easy Fall decorating ideas like this don’t take a lot of time but do add a lot of spice.

Painted pumpkins are an easy and excellent way to get the traditional Fall must haves into your decorating scheme in a way that blends nicely with the rest of your decor. Combining them with old books and a rustic crate is just icing on the cake!
Filling glass containers with colorful leaves, acorns, vines and other wonderful outdoor collections is both an easy and inexpensive way to create a warm atmosphere for Fall.
Indian corn is another one of those popular and colorful Fall items to use in decorating. Hot gluing several cobs around a large pillar candle is just one more easy way to make your own Fall accent piece.
