Thanksgiving Table Decor

Almost as important as the Thanksgiving feast is the Thanksgiving table decor.  After all, if you are going through the trouble to prepare tasty foods with great presentation, you also want your table to look beautiful.

Because there are all kinds of easy and inexpensive ways to dress up the table, you can get plenty of bang for the buck. To inspire you, I am highlighting just a few of the most creative ideas that I found.

Thanksgiving Table Decor Using Pumpkins

Pumpkins and pumpkin crafts are huge for Fall. It makes sense to make a pumpkin or two the focal point of your Thanksgiving table.

A Pumpkin Topiary Centerpiece

A pumpkin topiary makes a great focal point for the center of a Thanksgiving table. Use painted foam pumpkin molds, without a stem, to easily stack and create the topiary. Top it off with a small real or faux pumpkin.

All of the creative ideas in this Thanksgiving tablescape are affordable to put together. Instead of using a traditional table cloth, use a plaid scarf or throw. For added interest, throw on an old shutter. Then top the whole thing off with soft colored pumpkins.

This beautiful Fall centerpiece is actually really easy to make and perfect for Thanksgiving table decor. All you need to do is purchase a faux white plastic pumpkin that is hollow inside. Then, cut off the top and fill with your favorite Fall foliage. The whole look is enhance by setting the pumpkin on a wood tree slice.
